Your choices and controls

Deleting your data

Data on your device. Uninstalling a game, or clearing its data, removes the progress and settings stored on your device.

Online player profile. For games with an online player profile, you may request deletion of your profile and progress by emailing support@igoldtech.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of the game, preferably using the game’s support option. We will delete the data from our servers within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleted progress cannot be restored.

Leaderboard nicknames. These are not linked to your identity and may be shared by many players, so they cannot be traced to an individual.

For how long other information is kept, see How long information is kept.

How we protect your information

Information sent between our games and our servers is protected by encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to our servers is restricted to authorised personnel. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our partners may process information outside your country using the safeguards required by law.

How our games work

How our games use information

Our games use only the information needed to provide each feature. What applies to you depends on the game and the features you use.

Saving your progress

Your progress and settings are stored on your device so that you can continue where you left off. If device backup is enabled, Google (Android) or Apple (iCloud) may back them up to your account. We do not have access to these backups.

Achievements, leaderboards and saved games

On Android, if you sign in with Google Play Games, we use only your Play Games player ID to provide achievements, leaderboards and saved games. On iOS, some games use Apple Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. We do not receive your name, email address, gamer name or profile picture from these services.

Online player profile

Games with online features create a player profile on our server so that your progress can be saved and restored. The profile contains a random identifier generated on your device, a player identifier assigned by our server, your Play Games player ID, and your game progress.

Nicknames and friends

Some games have their own online leaderboards. You may enter a nickname or use the default name provided. Your nickname and score are visible to other players, so we recommend that you do not use your real name. Games with a friends feature also store a random friend code and your friends list so that you can connect and exchange in-game gifts with friends.

Support and feedback

When you contact us or send feedback from a game, we receive your email address (if provided), your message, the game version, and your device model and operating-system version, so that we can reply and fix problems.

Purchases

Payments are processed by the store from which you downloaded the game: Google Play, the Apple App Store or Samsung Galaxy Store. We receive only the transaction details needed to deliver and verify your purchase. We never receive your card or bank details.

Ads that keep our games free

Our games display ads served by Google AdMob. Some games also display ads from Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads through AdMob mediation. These partners may receive your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device information and interactions with ads in order to serve and measure ads, limit repetition and prevent fraud. You decide whether ads are personalised (see Your choices and controls).

Analytics and crash reports

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how our games are played and to fix crashes. This includes information such as levels played, session length, in-app purchases made, device model, operating-system version and technical crash details. It does not include your name or contact details.

Connection information

When a game connects to our servers or our partners’ services, your IP address and basic technical information are received, as is standard for any internet connection. An approximate location, such as your country or region, may be derived from your IP address for analytics, advertising and security purposes. Our games never ask for your precise location.

We also use information to keep our games and servers secure and to comply with legal obligations.

Google user data

Data accessed
When you sign in with Google Play Games, our games access your Play Games player ID and the game’s own Saved Games data. We do not access your name, email address, gamer name, profile picture, contacts or any other Google account data.
Use
Solely to provide achievements and leaderboards, save and restore your game progress, and link your online player profile to your Play Games account.
Storage
Saved Games data remains in your Google account. In games with an online player profile, your Play Games player ID is stored securely on our server.
Sharing
We do not sell, transfer or share Google user data with any third party, including advertising and analytics partners, except where required by law.
Retention and deletion
You may sign out of Play Games at any time, remove a game’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or request deletion as described in Deleting your data.

iGold’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
